§ 14-137. Applicability of act.

Latest version.

A. Members of the House of Representatives elected in November 2010 shall hold office until the fifteenth day succeeding the General Election in November 2012 and thereafter members of the House of Representatives shall be elected for terms of office of two (2) years.
B. The State House of Representatives districts described in Section 3 of this act shall become effective on the fifteenth day following the General Election in November 2012. The State Election Board shall conduct the elections for the State House of Representatives in 2012 in accordance with the provisions of this act.
