§ 14-6.5. Publication of maps.

The Department of Transportation shall prepare and publish a description and maps of the five (5) Congressional Districts, translating the descriptions by official Counties, Voting Tabulation Districts (VTD) and Census Blocks (Block) into commonly understood descriptions by metes and bounds with reference to well-recognized landmarks and boundaries. The Department of Transportation shall provide copies of the descriptions and maps to the State Election Board.
