§ 2-18-53. Qualifications of Commission members.

Members of the Oklahoma Peanut Commission shall be residents of this state who are at least twenty-five (25) years of age, are actively engaged in growing peanuts in this state and have paid their current assessment as provided for in the Oklahoma Peanut Act.
