§ 21-1847. Publication in telephone directories - Exceptions.

After the ninetieth day following the effective date of this act, every telephone directory thereafter distributed to the members of the general public shall contain a notice of this law, such notice to be prominently printed and displayed in bold-faced type and to be preceded by the word "warning"; Provided, that the provisions of this section shall not apply to those directories distributed solely for business advertising purposes, commonly known as classified directories.
