§ 44-232.2. Use and operation.

The Adjutant General shall promulgate rules and regulations for the use and operation of armories, buildings, and other facilities under control of the Military Department. The Adjutant General is authorized to expend monies for improvements, repairs, alterations, and maintenance of facilities.
