§ 47-1-108. Commercial operator or driver.

Commercial Operator or Driver.
Every person who operates, drives or is in actual physical control of a Class A, B or C commercial motor vehicle, as defined in Sections 1-107.1, 1-107.2 and 1-107.3 of this title.
