§ 56-192. Exemption from costs in guardianship cases.

No costs shall be charged whatsoever either by the court clerk or by the county judge of the district court in cases involving the guardianship of persons who are applicants for, or who are receiving old-age or other assistance under the Social Security Laws of this state.
