§ 8-85. Tax levy.

Upon request of the board of county commissioners contained in the estimate of needs submitted, the county excise board is hereby authorized and empowered to levy a tax on all taxable property in the county for the purposes set forth in Section 1 hereof, said tax levy not to exceed one-fifth (1/5) of one (1) mill for said purpose.
