§ 85-384. Petty cash fund.

    There is hereby created a petty cash fund within CompSource Oklahoma.  Said petty cash fund shall be in such amounts as are determined to be necessary by the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services and the CompSource Oklahoma President and Chief Executive Officer.  Petty cash funds may be expended for the payment of emergency purchases and bills.  The said funds may be reimbursed by the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services upon the filing of a claim with the proper receipts showing the disbursements therefrom, reimbursement to be made from the revolving fund.  The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall prescribe all forms, systems and procedures for administering the petty cash fund.
