§ 85-400. Partial invalidity.

NOTE: This section is due to be repealed Jan. 1, 2015, by Laws 2013, c. 254, § 53.
If any section of the provision of this act be decided by the Courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of this act as a whole, or any part thereof other than the part so decided to be unconstitutional or invalid.
